Would give a ZERO. They somehow charged me after I cancelled it, AND an old cancelled bank card of mine was on my “subscription” and they somehow charged my new card, and my card was locked. Straight invasion of privacy. And they don’t care and refused to refund me. Crock of sh*t.

Shipping was quick and the matcha is delicious! I have been a matcha hater for years now, but this changed my opinion completely. Not only is it yummy, but for the amount of high quality matcha in the tin compared to the price point, it is totally worth it. Thank you Matcha DNA for turning me into a matcha person!! 🍵

Not quite what I was hoping for…

I tried Matcha DNA with high expectations, but honestly, it didn’t impress me. The color wasn’t as vibrant as other ceremonial matchas I’ve had — it leaned more toward a dull green-brown. The flavor also felt a bit earthy and flat, lacking the smooth umami depth I usually look for in a good matcha.

I prepared it properly (non-boiling water, whisked with a chasen), but it still didn’t hit the mark. It might work better in lattes or mixed into recipes, but as a standalone matcha, it just didn’t do it for me.

Can’t ask for more. All will approve.

This 8oz matcha powder is an excellent deal. It has a fresh, smooth flavor with just the right balance—great for lattes, smoothies, or baking. Bright green color and good quality make it perfect for daily use. Highly recommended!
